Setting Up a Wallet and Connecting to CrossDex
To begin using CrossDex, you need a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Choose a Wallet: Select a wallet that supports BNB Chain, such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Binance Chain Wallet.
Install and Set Up: Follow the wallet's instructions for installation and set-up. Securely back up your recovery phrase.
Connect to BNB Chain:
MetaMask: Go to Settings > Networks > Add Network. Enter the BNB Chain details:
Network Name: BNB Chain
RPC URL:
https://bsc-dataseed.binance.org/Chain ID: 56
Currency Symbol: BNB
Block Explorer URL:
https://bscscan.com
Connect to CrossDex:
Open the CrossDex app and click on "Connect Wallet".
Select your wallet provider and authorize the connection.
Buying and Holding CDE Token
CDE is the native token of CrossDex. Here's how to buy and hold it:
Buy BNB: You need BNB or USDT to trade for CDE. Buy BNB from cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance.
Transfer BNB, USDT to Wallet: Send your BNB, USDT from the exchange to your connected wallet.
Swap BNB for CDE:
Go to CrossDex's Presale interface.
Select BNB or USDT in the "From" field and CDE in the "To" field.
Enter the amount of BNB you want to exchange and confirm the transaction.
Trading on CrossDex
Trading on CrossDex is very simple. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Swap Interface: Go to the "Swap" section on CrossDex.
Select Token: Select the token you want to trade and the token you want to receive. Enter amount: Enter the amount you want to trade.
Review details: Check estimated yield, price impact and fees.
Confirm Swap: Click "Swap" and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
Participating in Liquidity Provision
Providing liquidity on CrossDex allows you to earn fees. Here’s how:
Go to the Liquidity Section: Select "Liquidity" on the CrossDex interface.
Add Liquidity:
Click on "Add Liquidity".
Choose the token pair you want to provide liquidity for.
Enter the amount of each token.
Approve the tokens if it’s your first time adding liquidity for this pair.
Supply Liquidity: Confirm the supply and approve the transaction in your wallet.
Manage Your Position: Track your liquidity positions and earnings in the "My Liquidity" section.
Creating and Managing Pools
Creating a pool on CrossDex enables you to set up liquidity for new token pairs. Here’s how:
Access Pool Creation: Navigate to the "Pool" section and click "Create a Pool".
Enter Pool Details:
Select the token pair.
Set initial prices and amounts.
Create Pool: Confirm the creation and approve the transaction in your wallet.
Manage Pool: Monitor and adjust your pool as needed in the "Pools" section.
